Figure 1 shows the external version of the detection and reporting anomalies (False Positives and False Negatives) tool. The example provided is for a Mobile/Web Traffic Timeline, showcasing an endpoint that displays mitigated traffic, as well as the success and failure of non-mitigated traffic, reported by the origin and filtered by the Client TLS Fingerprint.

Figure 2 shows a sample of an Alert History that allows customers to view anomalies from the past 30 days, including both False Negative and False Positive.

Citrix: Senior Product Manager (2019-2022)
Introduction
- Managed end-to-end mobility device management (MDM) for iOS, macOS, and tvOS, including the web dashboard, backend, and mobile app.
- Launched the Citrix Mobile Application Management SDK (iOS/Android), improving quality, documentation, platform performance and managing developer relations for third-party and customer SDK integration
- Revamped macOS support with enhanced security features, driving 10x growth.

Arm: Product Marketing Manager (2017-2018)
- Led product roadmap, strategy, and delivery for IoT Personal Area Network products, driving global adoption across industries like healthcare, automotive, and smart cities.
- Successfully launched the world’s first open-source, secured Bluetooth Low Energy SW stack, and pioneered Agile transformation with standardized processes and KPIs.

Flomio: Director of Product Manager and User Experience (2015-2017)
- Developed user experience products leveraging RFID and Bluetooth Low Energy for retail, fintech, and entertainment applications, bridging physical and digital ecosystems.
- Reengineered the product roadmap, including SDKs, SaaS licenses, AWS IoT cloud services, and data analytics.
- Delivered NFC-enabled digital passes for Apple and Google wallets and pioneered Tap-Pay-&-Go EMV solutions for contactless payments.
Figure 7 shows the first prototype of the EASyPOS (an item level point of sale) developed by Flomio, together with Visa and Tyco for the Brazil 2016 Olympics game.

BlackBerry: Director of Product Manager and User Experience (2009-2015)
- Managed portfolio strategy and product positioning for mobile applications, VAS, and handheld devices across 15+ Latin American and Caribbean markets, driving product launches and market opportunities.
- Built strategic partnerships with major carriers, including América Móvil and Telefónica, while fostering relationships with C-level executives and government officials.
- Delivered carrier-specific mobile apps and launched BlackBerry push-to-talk with QCHAT technology, boosting engagement and enabling e-commerce solutions for service upselling.


Motorola: Principal SW Engineer – Mobile (2000-2008)
Introduction
